Locating Your Student Number
Your Student Number can be found on your University ID Card and is 7 digits, for all HCISS Services (Inductions & Bookings) the letter ‘c’ is added at the start:

It can also be used as your shortened email address:

Locating Your Staff Number
Your Staff Number is found on your University ID Card and is 5-6 digits:

Locating Your Staff Numberplate
Your staff number plate is 5-7 alphanumeric characters
e.g. ab123, abc123 or abcd123
It can also be used as your shortened email address:
